Our clothing is thoughtfully designed for individuals with sensory sensitivities, especially those with autism. We use:

📦 Where do you ship?
We currently ship internationally, including to the UAE, UK, USA, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and more. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
🕒 How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your country, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
🔁 What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your CozyIno items. If something doesn’t feel right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

🧼 How should I wash CozyIno clothing?
To preserve softness and shape:

- ✔️ Avoid fabric softeners
- ✔️ Tumble dry low or hang to dry
Our fabrics are durable and made to stay cozy wash after wash.
🧒 Is CozyIno just for kids?
No! While many of our designs are perfect for children with sensory sensitivities, we also create comfortable, sensory-friendly clothing for teens and adults.
💳 What currencies can I shop in?
We support multiple currencies including USD, SAR, GBP, and EGP. Prices are shown automatically based on your location. You can also select your preferred currency using the selector in the header or footer.
📲 Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible at info@cozyino.com with your order number and request.
