🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sensory-friendly clothing must feel just right. If something doesn’t feel comfortable or fit correctly, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

📦 Conditions for Return

• ✔️ Unworn and unwashed
• ✔️ In original condition with packaging
• ✔️ Free of damage, stains, or scent

Please note: We currently do not offer free return shipping, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
